In February 2012 our garden was still an idea- by mid-August 2012 we have donated over 450 pounds of food to Yokefellow and The Lenoir Soup Kitchen. It is amazing what some sweat, seeds, sun, and water will do! In Lenoir, NC a garden will produce food at least three seasons a year. Start a garden today and reap the rewards of food resiliency, family fun, exercise, better nutrition, community cohesion and spiritul growth!
